Welcome to get a glimpse of my dream home .... or at least something very close to it. It's not so much about the nitty gritty details in these images, as some are totally ''me'', whereas others are less so. Instead it is about the feeling I get when placing myself in these rooms and places. And the LIGHT. The light in the rooms is so important!
Now, finding dreamy images isn't that big of a deal. There's a plentiful out there. The longer you look the more dreaminess you find, and the more dreaminess you find the more difficult it gets to finally choose. However, finding pictures that have the right look AND feel (here comes the light again) is a different story alltogether. The perfectionist in me had to decide to be satisfied in the end, and just finish the post :).

ReplyDeleteI actually have a journal that is ONLY pictures I have cut out of magazines. They are beautiful houses, furniture and floor plans. I look at it every night before I go to bed. Flipping through it helps to have a dream within a dream that becomes more :-)
